Caren Bowen

​As Head of Care at Healthii People, I lead our social care staffing services across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Suffolk, Essex, and Norfolk. We work closely with care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services to provide compassionate, experienced staff, tailored to the needs of each setting. Our focus is on delivering person-centered care for individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and high-support profiles. From urgent cover to long-term staffing partnerships, my priority is ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality care for every client.

What I truly value in my role is the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with both clients and agency staff. I take pride in being a trusted point of contact, someone who listens, understands, and delivers. Supporting others, fostering growth, and watching people thrive in the right environment is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, I enjoy life’s simple pleasures: a great book, long countryside walks, live music, and the occasional clay shoot. I love spending time with my partner, children, and grandchildren, and winding down with a glass of red wine. I share my home with Bertie, our loyal dog, and a few quirky chickens that keep things lively!
