Sebastian Bastable-Aradia

​I coordinate staffing for care homes, nursing homes, and residential homes across Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. My role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure shifts are filled efficiently and reliably. I particularly value the connections I make in the process and the collaborative atmosphere within my team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking country walks, and getting involved in community activities such as my local boules team. I'm also interested in history and culture, and enjoy visiting museums, watching films, and taking part in the occasional quiz or board game night.
