Healthcare Assistant

Job description

We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team and support a range of healthcare settings in and around Sleaford. This is a great opportunity for compassionate and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to service users

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility

  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration

  • Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing

  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team

  • Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year UK care experience as a Healthcare Assistant

  • Moving and Handling experience

  • Must be a driver with access to a car or willing to travel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A caring, reliable, and professional approach to care

  • Up-to-date training is desirable (or willingness to complete training)
