Clinical Pharmacist - GP Surgery | Caterham, Surrey

Part-Time or Full-Time | Salary up to £56,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join a friendly GP surgery in Caterham. This role is open to both Prescribing and Non-Prescribing Pharmacists, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face and polypharmacy medication reviews (SMRs)
• Resolve medication-related queries for patients and practice staff
• Support prescription management, post-discharge medicine reconciliation, and clinical audits
• Provide expert advice on medicines to clinicians and patients
• Lead initiatives in medicines optimization, patient education, and quality improvement

Who We're Looking For:

• 6-12+ months' experience in primary care/GP practice
• Proficient in SystemOne
• Registered Clinical Pharmacist with GPhC
• Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification preferred but not essential
