Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Primary Care)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Salary up to £58,000 per annum

We are an innovative GP training practice seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. Applications are welcomed from both Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) and Paramedic Practitioners.

You will work autonomously within a total digital triage model, managing acute and long-term conditions, supporting the on-call GP, and contributing to service development in a forward-thinking practice.

Essential Criteria

• MSc-qualified ACP (or equivalent)
• Current NMC or HCPC registration
• Significant primary care experience
• Non-medical prescribing qualification (V300)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable: Digital triage experience, triage/on-call GP support, and interest in service development.
