Salary: Dependent on experience, up to £45,000

The Role

We're recruiting a skilled Lead Practice Nurse to join a progressive, multi-site GP practice. You'll lead a supportive nursing team, oversee chronic disease management, drive clinical quality, and help shape primary care services.

You'll Need:

• NMC registration & primary care experience
• Skills in chronic disease, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening
• Leadership or team supervision experience
• QOF/IIF knowledge and clinical system confidence (SystmOne a plus)

Desirable:

• Independent prescribing, audits/QI, postgraduate training
