✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD)
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Cervical cytology
• Wound care
• Health promotion and screening
• Travel health advice
• Supporting QOF achievement and other clinical targets

💡 What They're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in primary care/general practice preferred
• Experience in diabetes and respiratory care is advantageous, but not essential - training can be provided
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
