Salary: up to £54,000 per annum (WTE)

Hours: Full-time

A leading GP partnership in Nottingham is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its multidisciplinary team. This is a patient-focused role requiring expert clinical assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing skills to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral for patients via face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Prescribe and review medication in line with evidence-based guidelines.
• Manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex health conditions.
• Support preventative health care initiatives and patient education.
• Contribute to clinical audits, governance, and service improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team and mentor colleagues.

Essential Requirements

• Registered first-level nurse with non-medical prescribing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' recent primary/community nursing experience.
• Expertise in triage, clinical assessment, and management of minor illnesses/injuries.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills.
