A well-established GP practice in Kings Norton, Birmingham is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager (Full Time) to lead its operational and strategic delivery, supporting a patient population of over 9,500.

This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with proven experience in general practice management, looking to shape the future of a forward-thinking, patient-focused team.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic planning, HR, finance, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with CQC, health & safety, and GDPR
• Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Drive improvements in patient access and service quality
• Support team development and represent the practice within the wider health system

Essential skills & experience:

• Leadership experience in a GP or healthcare setting
• Strong financial and HR management background
• EMIS proficiency and understanding of NHS systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of employment law, CQC, and safeguarding

Desirable:
Qualifications in healthcare/business management, HR, or finance. Training in information governance or NHS compliance is a plus.
