Deputy Practice Manager - GP Practice (Catterick Garrison)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum | Hours: 37.5 per week | Contract: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams, and driving operational efficiency and excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing administrative staff
• Overseeing IT systems and data security
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and Health & Safety standards
• Managing patient engagement and complaints
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Deputising for the Practice Manager when required

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Primary Care
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills and ability to work under pressure
