Practice Nurse, GP Surgery Burgess Hill

Location: Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex
Part-Time
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and compassionate Qualified Practice Nurse to join a large, well-established primary care organisation in Mid Sussex.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with long-term conditions, alongside preventative health services for the wider practice population. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while supporting service improvement and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (minimum 2 years post-registration experience)
• At least 1 year's experience in General Practice or community nursing
• Experience managing chronic conditions
• Competence in cervical cytology, immunisations, and minor surgery
• Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
• Commitment to health promotion and patient self-care
