Healthii People is proud to support a friendly GP practice in Earls Court, London, in recruiting a motivated and experienced Practice Manager.

Serving approximately 6,800 patients, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and seeks a dynamic manager to lead on HR, finance, operations, estates, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of GP practice management experience
• Strong HR, finance, and operational leadership
• Proficient in System One
• Management qualification or relevant degree
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
