£20 - £23 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP practice in the Salford area. This is a permanent position offering between 2.5 and 4 days per week, working across two sites with a combined patient list of approximately 11,000 patients.

You will be joining a well-established nursing team consisting of two other salaried nurses, including a Lead Nurse. The practice uses EMIS Web and provides a highly supportive clinical and management environment, making this an excellent opportunity for professional development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of chronic diseases including Diabetes, COPD and Asthma (essential)
• Baby immunisations
• Cervical cytology (smears)
• General practice nursing duties

The practice is particularly supportive of professional development and is open to supporting the successful candidate in working towards or further developing a prescribing qualification.
