About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a large, CQC-rated Good GP surgery in Wellingborough, serving over 27,000 patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly, multi-disciplinary team focused on high-quality care, ongoing learning, and a supportive working culture.

Key Duties

• Manage chronic disease clinics (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
• Provide cervical screening, childhood & adult immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and phlebotomy
• Support health promotion, QOF achievement, and patient education
• Work collaboratively with GPs, HCAs, and the wider team
• Maintain infection control standards, clinical documentation, and cold chain compliance

What We're Looking For

✅ NMC-registered RGN
✅ 2+ years' post-registration experience in a GP or community setting
✅ Confident with chronic disease management and treatment room duties
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
✅ Mentoring or teaching experience is a plus
