Practice Nurse Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive, high-achieving nursing team in a modern, purpose-built medical centre. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care across all aspects of general practice nursing, with experience in chronic disease management and diabetes desirable. You'll work alongside a skilled multi-disciplinary team including GPs, pharmacists, ACPs, nurses and HCAs.
