Are you a seasoned recruitment consultant with a strong track record in healthcare or dental recruitment - and ready to take the lead on something new?
At Healthii People, we're growing. We're now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to launch and develop our brand-new Dental Division. You'll have the autonomy to shape the desk, build a client base, and grow a team over time - with full support from our leadership.
About the Role:
This role will focus on placing professionals into UK-based dental practices - from associate dentists and hygienists to practice managers, nurses, and support staff. You'll be responsible for developing new business, maintaining excellent client relationships, and building a strong network of qualified candidates across the sector.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment within dental sector
- Proven success in building and managing a profitable desk within the dental sector
- Confidence in business development and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ambition to develop a team and grow a specialist division
