Location: Openshaw, East Manchester
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a friendly and dedicated GP surgery team. This key role combines operational management, team leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and patient services.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with NHS standards, safeguarding, and data protection.
• Drive service improvements and monitor performance.
• Maintain policies, IT systems, and health & safety.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Must have practice management experience in a GP surgery.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR, finance, and business management.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in clinical and administrative IT systems.
