Practice Nurse - GP Surgery, Bournemouth
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at a GP Surgery in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across all practice sites, working within agreed protocols and NMC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently under indirect supervision and report to the Head of Nursing.
• Be accountable to the Head of Nursing and Primary Care Network for your actions.
• Deliver assessment, treatment, screening, health education, and advice to patients.
• Maintain NMC registration and comply with legal and statutory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and GPs following practice protocols and guidelines.

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications:

• Registration on NMC Register
• Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline
• GCSE/A Level equivalent

Desirable Qualifications:

• Foundations in Practice Nurse Qualification Level 6 or 7

Desirable Experience:

• Previous primary care experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
