Location: Deptford, South London
Hours: Full-time / Part-time considered
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, patient-focused team committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to the local community. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the multidisciplinary team and helping to shape the future of primary care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and COPD through routine reviews and proactive care.
- Deliver cervical screening, contraceptive advice, and sexual health services.
- Administer childhood and travel vaccinations, as well as seasonal flu and adult immunisations.
- Provide wound care, treatment room services, and request relevant pathology tests.
- Promote preventive health education, self-management, and lifestyle awareness.
- Contribute to the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and local incentive schemes.
- Collaborate effectively with GPs, HCAs, Nursing Associates, and Pharmacists to deliver coordinated care.
- Uphold high standards of infection control, clinical documentation, and patient safety.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Have recent experience working in a GP practice or primary care setting.
- Are confident in chronic disease management, immunisations, cytology, and wound care.
- Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
- Take a proactive, patient-centred approach to your work.
- Have experience using EMIS (desirable, not essential).
