Rate: Up to £23 per hour

Are you an experienced and compassionate nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic Practice Nurse to join our progressive and patient-focused team in Yeovil and the surrounding practices within the PCN.

As we continue to develop our services, we are looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team and contribute to the ongoing health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD) - desirable
• Cervical screening
• Childhood and adult immunisations
• Travel health advice and vaccinations
• Wound care and dressings
• Contraceptive services and sexual health advice
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice
• Support with QOF and other practice-led clinical audits
• Home visits
