A friendly GP practice in West Ealing, West London is seeking a Practice Nurse to work 2 full days per week.

Key Duties:

• Administering vaccinations and immunisations
• Cervical cytology (smears)
• Chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)
• NHS health checks and new patient checks
• Wound care, dressings, and suture removal
• Phlebotomy and specimen handling
• Contraception reviews and coil checks
• Infection control and cold chain monitoring
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice
• Accurate clinical documentation using a GP clinical system

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
• Experience working in primary care
• Competence in cervical cytology, immunisations, chronic disease management, and phlebotomy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Desirable: Experience using GP clinical systems and a stable primary care career history.
