General Practice Nurse (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 25 - 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

Person Specification (Essential)

  • Knowledge: Management of chronic conditions, health promotion strategies, clinical governance, local/national health policy, public health issues
  • Skills: Clinical leadership, cervical cytology, immunisation/vaccination, ear care, minor surgery, communication, conflict resolution, IT skills, teaching/mentorship
  • Experience: 2+ years post-registration, 1+ year General Practice experience, recent community nursing experience, nurse-led management of chronic conditions, audit/quality improvement
  • Qualities: Professional, flexible, team player, tactful, smart appearance, strong initiative
